Ingredients

  • ۱ c plain nonfat yogurt
  • ۱ banana
  • ۵۰۰ gm cake flour
  • ۱۰ gm baking powder
  • ۱ banana
  • ۶ frozen kiwi
  • ۱/۵ Tbsp salt

 

Direction

  1. Combine the yogurt, banana, juice, and kiwi for 20 seconds.
  2. Scrape down the sides and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
